Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need a CSR team or existing programme to work with you?

No — and most of our partners don’t have one when they start. We work with finance firms at the beginning of their social impact journey: designing the programme, selecting the charities, managing the logistics, and reporting the outcomes. You bring the intention; we handle the rest.

What’s the typical investment?

Corporate partnerships start from £18,000 per year, with programmes tailored to your team size, goals, and budget. We’ll talk through what makes sense for you before anything is agreed — there’s no pressure to commit on a call.

We’ve tried to organise charity days before and they’ve flopped. Why would this be different?

Because we run the programme for you, not alongside you. A dedicated account manager designs, coordinates, and delivers everything — from charity selection to impact reporting. We also build in employee choice, which is the single biggest driver of engagement. One-off events organised internally rarely land. Structured, year-round programmes do.

Why do you focus on smaller charities?

88% of corporate funding in the UK goes to the largest 5% of charities. The organisations doing the most impactful work with children and young people rarely have the profile — or the development team — to compete for corporate partnerships. We bridge that gap. Every charity in our portfolio has been through a rigorous assessment; we know their leadership, their outcomes, and their governance. Your money goes further, and your due diligence is done.

How quickly can a programme get up and running?

Most partners are active within six to eight weeks of a first conversation — faster if there’s a specific event or milestone you’re working towards. We’ll give you a clear timeline on the call.

What types of companies do you work with?

We specialise in finance and professional services — but we work with any company that wants to create meaningful, measurable social impact for UK children’s charities. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
